At Lakepointe Designs, we believe the best things are made slowly and with love. From our little workshop in Winnipeg, we create small batch goods that bring a touch of handmade warmth into everyday life.

We’re a two-person team: Alex and Sarah. Together, we love the process of working with our hands, exploring natural materials, and turning simple ideas into something functional and beautiful.

Whether it’s a gift for someone special or a treat for yourself, our hope is that our pieces carry a little bit of the joy we had in making them.

Our Values

SUSTAINABILITY

The materials we use are all natural and sourced locally as often as possible.

Low-Waste

We use as much of the materials we source as possible. Our smallest off-cuts becoming earrings, and even our sawdust is used to make wood filler and fire starters.

Functionality

As much as we just love how wood looks, we also want our pieces to serve a useful purpose, not just take up valuable space in your home.

Finishing

All of our finishes are either vegetarian or entirely vegan. The blends we use include natural ingredients like Beeswax, Linseed Oil, Hemp Oil, Fractionated Coconut Oil, Rice Bran, and more.
