Each order is carefully packaged and shipped out as soon as it’s ready. You’ll receive a note from us when it’s on the way so you can track its journey home.

 

Production & Shipping Times:

Because every piece is handcrafted, timing can vary:

• Built-to-order items generally take 3–6 weeks to create before shipping.

• In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days.

• Shipping times and rates vary depending on the item and your location. We’ll always do our best to get your order to you quickly and safely.

• Shipping rates and times for custom orders vary by project.

 

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery in Winnipeg for a flat rate per order.

If something doesn’t feel right when your order arrives, please reach out. Defective products are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. All other products are eligible for a full refund in store credit within 30 days of delivery.

 

Custom Orders & Deposits:

Custom pieces require a non-refundable deposit equaling the cost of materials. The remaining balance is due when your piece is complete, unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

 

Natural Wood Variations:

Every board of wood has its own character. Grain patterns, knots, and colour shifts are part of what make each piece one of a kind. Returns can’t be accepted for natural variations or normal wood movement over time. We build everything to last, and we stand by our craftsmanship. If you ever have a concern, just send us a note, and we’ll always do our best to help.

Everything we make is built by hand. That means every piece has its own unique look and feel, and no two are ever quite the same. Tiny differences, subtle shifts, and small imperfections are what make your piece truly yours.

 

Care and Environment:

Wood is a living material. It naturally expands and contracts with changes in temperature and humidity. Excess moisture or dryness can cause cracking or warping, which is not a valid reason for return. That said, we are always happy to provide advice on how to care for your goods, and we will refinish kitchen products for a small fee.

 

Design Adjustments:

We reserve the right to make small adjustments to measurements or design details to improve stability and longevity. These are always made with care and your best interest in mind.
