Returns and refunds

We want you to love what we make for you. If something doesn’t feel right when your order arrives, please reach out within 30 days so we can make it right, whether that means a repair, a replacement, or a refund.

Custom Orders & Deposits:

Custom pieces require a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the project price. The remaining balance is due when your piece is complete, unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

Natural Wood Variations:

Every board of wood has its own character. Grain patterns, knots, and colour shifts are part of what make each piece one of a kind. Returns can’t be accepted for natural variations or normal wood movement over time.
