We put a lot of heart into every piece we make, and that care carries right through to delivery. Each order is carefully packaged and shipped out as soon as it’s ready. You’ll receive a note from us when it’s on the way so you can track its journey home.

Production & Shipping Times:

Because every piece is handcrafted, timing can vary:

• Built-to-order items generally take 3–6 weeks to create before shipping.
• In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days.
• Shipping times and rates vary depending on the item and your location. We’ll always do our best to get your order to you quickly and safely.
• Shipping rates and times for custom orders vary based on the project.

Local Delivery:

We offer local delivery for a flat rate per order. We’ll bring your piece safely to your door. We're happy to help bring it inside, but before you do, please take a moment to look over your piece when it arrives; if something doesn’t look right, let us know right away so we can make it right.
